Three ideas that make lab results make sense
Before you look at your own numbers, it helps to know three things.
Biomarker
What is a biomarker
A value measured in blood, urine or stool: glucose, cholesterol, ferritin. Together they show how metabolism, heart, liver and other systems are working. You can work with them: change food, movement and sleep, and, when needed, with a doctor.

What is an optimal zone
A lab has a normal interval: this is what the value usually looks like in healthy people. optim8 adds a second, narrower target zone from guidelines, where the value works better. We take your sex into account and, where it matters, your cycle phase.
Illustrative example. The target zone is a guideline-based reference, not a diagnosis. If your lab printed its own interval, that one takes priority.

Is it safe to upload my results?
Data is encrypted, stored in the EU and never sold. You can delete everything at any time by writing to support.
