A digital review of your lab results in the optim8 app: Health Score, assessment by body system, interpretation against clinical guidelines; on higher plans — a personal protocol and specialist consultations.

• Starter — $9, one-time. Access to the Home and Analyses pages for 3 months from payment; after that, access closes.
• Premium — $99, one-time. A 3-month programme: personal nutrition, supplement and training protocol, history of up to 5 visits, AI assistant, 60 minutes with a specialist.
• Complete — $199, one-time. 12 months of access: everything in Premium, 4 specialist consultations (any time within the 12 months), a higher AI assistant limit.
• A repeat purchase during active access extends it from the current end date.
• There is no auto-renewal or subscription: payment is always one-time.

Payment is accepted by Visa or Mastercard bank card or via the Paynet wallet, through the Paynet.md payment service, with 3-D Secure authentication. Card details are entered on the secure Paynet page and are neither passed to nor stored on our site. Prices are in US dollars; the amount is converted to Moldovan lei (MDL) at the official National Bank of Moldova rate on the day of the order, and the exact amount in lei is shown before payment. Access opens once the payment service confirms the payment.

• Choose a plan on the Plans page and a payment method: Visa/Mastercard bank card or the Paynet wallet.
• Read the terms and tick "I accept the terms and conditions and the refund policy". The pay button stays disabled without it.
• Before paying you see the plan, its price in US dollars and the exact amount in lei at the National Bank of Moldova rate on the day of the order.
• Press "Continue to payment": you are taken to the secure page of the payment service Paynet Service SRL, where you enter the card details or sign in to the wallet.
• Once the payment is confirmed, access opens automatically and a confirmation is sent to your e-mail. A confirmed payment cannot be changed or revoked; a refund is possible under the refund policy.

• When you pay we process: IP address, first and last name, e-mail, phone (if you provided them), card type and cardholder name, currency and amount, order date and status.
• The card number is entered only on the payment service page and is not stored on our site.
• This data is collected on the basis of your consent and legal requirements and processed in line with the Privacy Policy.

• Support advises on the services, payment methods and refunds, receives complaints and reports on the progress of their review.

• The site uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Payment is made on the payment service page with 3-D Secure authentication.
• We do not store your card or payment account details.

The service does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace a doctor. Results and recommendations are informational; make treatment decisions with your physician. For acute symptoms seek emergency care immediately (112).

• Provide accurate data and your own lab results.
• Do not share your personal report link with third parties.
• Do not use the service to process other people's data without their consent.

We are responsible for delivering the service within the chosen plan. We are not liable for decisions made without consulting a doctor, or for unavailability caused by events beyond our control. Liability is limited to the price of the paid plan.

The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled by negotiation, failing which in the competent court of the Republic of Moldova. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence are not limited.
